I don't think that's possible, as far as I know. I'm pretty sure HDR must be enabled for bloom to work.

HDR...open that result luminance and dark contrast exorbitant....can't control..and sawtooth so big...

HDR is being replaced with working HDR ;), Brett says its coming!
