Ars Moriendi: Construction Worker

Due to a very depressing Halloween, I did not post the next "dev diary" for Ars Moriendi on its due date. Lo siento. When releasing info on characters, I'll preface each release with a stats overview. Well, without further delay, I present details on the first playable character for Ars Moriendi!
Overview of Entity Stats
Health
CONSTRUCTION WORKER
Name: Construction Worker
Backstory: Originally sent to Sunland among a crew of fellow workers to help prepare the building for demolition. When surveying a room by himself, he fell through a floor rotted by years of neglect. Upon awakening, he finds himself trapped in Sunland by an unknown force.
Stats
Health: 10 Strength: 8 Stamina: 7 Agility: 3 Weapon Handling: 6
Special
*NOTE*: Sadly, the disc I received from Full Sail which contains all of the concept art, source code, ect. is corrupt. I have to get backup copy from FS, so I'll post the concept art later.

Developer Notes: I love this guy's appearance. He was the only playable character when Ars Moriendi was a scholastic project. Our 3D artist decided to give him the sunglasses and cigarette, which complimented the mullet nicely. His ability to barricade structures can make him the best co-op character, or the most hated.
Scenario: You play the part of the Worker. Your team mates manage to aggro enough enemies to make your survival probability drop to nothing.
Solution 1: You call them to your position. Once everyone is inside, you barricade the door, pool your assets, and come up with a solution to escape.
Solution 2: Since the idiots have attracted all the heat, use this opportunity to escape. Place strategic barricades between you and your "friends" to slow them down, giving you enough time to find your own path to safety.
Everyone can use the nail gun as a weapon, but only the construction worker can use this in combination with boards and nails to barricade doors and windows.
My personal favorite character combination will probably be the Construction Worker and The Kid. Find out why in my next .Plan, where I reveal character details and special abilities for The Kid. . .

Any weapon can be used to bust down a barricade. However, like real life, some will do more damage or be more practical than others. Yes, you can take down a barricade with a pistol, but you can do it faster with a shotgun. Common sense would probably tell you to conserve ammo and use a melee weapon or another construction tool =). I hadn't thought of implenting a circular-saw. . .hmmm. . .I wonder. . .

How long does it take to put up a barricade? and how many can you put up? and how easy is it for the weapons to bust it down?

In the current build, a barricade is constructed immediately, but that will change for the final release. As I metioned in an earlier post, different weapons will varying amounts of damage on barricades. The player can reinforce a door or window once, maybe twice depending on the size, but once the door/barricade is destroye, you can't make another.
