Utility to Insert Missing Blank Opacity Map Tiles in L3DT

If you have an L3DT terrain with missing opacity map tiles this utility will allow you to create them without recreating the alpha map. This routine will not recreate missing tiles that are not blank - it is intended to add missing tiles that were omitted by L3DT because they were blank. If you are missing tiles that should have data in them you will need to regen the terrain.

Usage:
Unpack the download. You may need to recompile using Visual Studio 2008 or 2008 Express.
Opacity Tile Template: you will need a blank png opacity tile as a template. One is included that is called "Alpha_1_xMyN.png". Use this filename for the template. Match the size of the template to the size of your tile in L3DT.
Run the program: I recommend backing up your tiles before running the program. This program is data safe since it only checks for file presence, copies and renames but it is best to be safe. Using the dialog that appears browse to the proper source and destination directories for the opacity map(s) and opacity template and then click Pad.

Andy, it is difficult to find. Look in the lower right corner for "Save file to your PC: click here".

OMG - that link is almost impossible to find - it's like the hosting service isn't really interested in serving the link, but more interesting in spamming you with useless advertising.

Yeah, I think that is pretty accurate.
