Plan for Mike Stoddart

Things have been pretty quiet recently. With John joining the team and being away on holiday, I had a break from developing the prototype, though I did implement a new feature that I'm keeping under wraps! ;)

To do: hopefully by the middle of this week things will begin to move forward when John gets organised after his holiday. We'll begin throwing ideas around and start pinning down the basic feature set.

I put up some forums at forums.stodge.net for anyone to post ideas for the game. Once we've finalised a feature list for the first release I'll probably post it there for peoples' comments.

Spent saturday driving and hiking around Kananaskis country post-G8 summit with some friends. What a stunningly beautiful area it is! We managed to see a bear but luckily we were driving in the car at the time, so there was no need to practice our playing dead party game!

*snicker*
Recent stuides show that playing dead during a bear attack will get you killed/mauled/mutilated/eaten/...

At least that is what they told us during our Adirondak survial course..

Well I thought that would be more effective than bear spray! I mean, if the bear is close enough that I can spray it with some little aerosol, doesn't that mean that I may as well just give it a friendly hug before it swipes my head off? :P
