Plan for Chris Cook

My goal is to help developers get the word out about their projects in a manor that speaks highly of their efforts. I am of the opinion that many independent developers would receive more "face time" if gamers were more interested in returning to the developers website.
Many times project sites are infected with old news that has become far too stale. This results in less repeat traffic, and a lowered opinion of the professionalism of the design team.
It really gets under my skin when someone is developing something cool and doesn't take the time to ensure that their content looks professional. Many sites now contain content littered with misspelled words, and incoherent grammar. I can understand the misuse of say a comma.
My mission, as of now, is to help anyone I can to better develop, design, and deploy a content driven website that will draw their audience in. We live in the information age. If a developer fails to provide its audience with fresh interesting information then the developer is losing its audience.

I don't have a lot of experience making games. As far as culture, I don't have much of any experience with game development culture. As far as "gaming culture", I'm not real sure what my experience is because I don't know how to define the game culture. Personally, I would consider myself part of the game culture, but I don't really study how to become a Gamer. I pretty much just help write the rules as I go. (I don't mean for that to sound like im being an ass, just don't really know how to answer the question)

Yes, I have some links that you can check out. Most of the examples are only partials, but you get the idea from them.

Yes, I am looking for a bit of work. I think I may be about to start a project, but I am going to have a load of free time this month and into the next. From around 16DEC until 17JAN I will be able to devote a large amount of time to development.

After reading your .plan I realize what you mean by looking for new designers, and I would be interested in it. If you would like to see anything other than what I have listed in the links above, just give me an idea what you are looking for, and I'll see what I can come up with for ya.
