Well i think ive finally solved my motivation issue. Ive taken on way to many projects. They have now been trimmed down to 2.

1. Push Push Penguin
2. Cave Story ~ Doukutsu Monogatari

Im porting Push Push Penguin from PC / Brew to J2ME and its a pain. Reminds me of everything i hate about Java but then again also the things i love about it.
Its was developed by BlackCat Software and ported / published by us, Variant Interactive
You can download the PC version for free here www.variantinteractive.com/getgame/ppp/ppp105.zip

Now for the bigger news, a while ago we aqquired the rights to Cave Story ~ Doukutsu Monogatari.
We will be porting this into the TAP Platform very very shortly, and then looking for options of hand held releases. The original PC game will also still be available for free.
We will be greatly enhancing the graphics and game play while also still providing all the original content in the PC/Mac/Linux re-release.

Now as for the T2D Animation Datablock Tool. This is now way down on my list of projects. So if Garage Games or a T2D Developer would like to continue the work on this, get a hold of me and ill send you the source and a nice lineup of whats going on.

Chris,
Sounds like these are very exciting times for you, that's awesome! I know how easy it is to want to take on 437 projects at once only to realize it kills your productivity, good to hear you've got that remedied. Can't wait to check out your update Cave Story, looks like it will be pretty sweet!

On the animation datablock tool side of things, I'd love to have a gander at what's going on, you can snag me at justind AT garagegames D0T c0m. I can't promise I'll be able to do any major work on it, but working on the level editor I'm sure it would come in handy to have as a reference for work that may be coming up in the near future.

Best Regards,
-Justin

Is your penguin game a remake of adventures of lolo for the NES? That's what it looks like.

@Chris
This is a quote from the developers website.

"Push-Push Penguin is heavily influenced by Sega's classic arcade game Pengo with elements from some of our favourite games (Bubble Bobble, Rainbow Islands) thrown in for good measure. "

@Justin
Ill be sending an email your way sometime today or tomorow.
