Improvements from TGE/A

I've owned TGE for a long time, and TGEA more recently. Without drudging up forum fights, I never accomplished much with either due to poor documentation, bugs, poor art importing, etc. But I had always upgraded to the newer paid versions over the years because I messed around with the programs as a hobby.
Now that 3D is here and the price range is far outside a typical hobby price I had some questions on improvements made on some of the areas I thought were lacking.
1)I was going to ask if the documentation was more complete but I've found the answer to that on the forums, so instead I'll ask when it is planned on being mostly complete?
2)Art importing, has importing a textured animated model become a much simpler process with the Collada import addition or does it still require a lot of tricks (and which software is working better for this). I was always amazed at how difficult importing models was in the old programs, I've used some top end engines where it is as easy as can be to bring a model in.
3)The FPS demo, does it include in the example, starting with multiple weapons and a melee mode. There were plenty of threads back in the day of whether or not that should be included, and it's a definite should for me.
4)I saw there was an adventure game kit for 3D, that was another type of game I was interested in playing around with, how well does that kit work. (In the past some kits were good some were very not good like the RTS kit)

Here's a link to the documentation page, I'm not sure if it can be viewed by non-owners or not.

The documentation is outstanding for T3D. It's not complete yet there is no section on the GUI editor, but that will be included. I'm not an artist, but i've been able to drop basic collada models in with no problems. Over all I think T3D is a great engine. Here's a link to the documentation page, I'm not sure if it can be viewed by non-owners or not.

2. Collada import is very simple. If your exporter supports exporting animations, it's a simple export, but you still have to write the script.
3. There is no fps example like tge/tgea had. What is there includes 3 types of weapons. (pretty cool feature)
4. The adventure kit is not included. It's a seperate add-on that's being worked on. (I don't know if it's finished yet)
