Default Animations for Maya

Thanks to the generosity of Ori Cohen, we now have a set of the default player animations that will work with characters exported out of Maya. Previously, we couldn't use the default animations due to the naming restrictions in Maya (no spaces allowed in node names). Ori took the initiative and manually changed all the node names in the default animations so that they conform with Maya's naming conventions.

I have also converted Joe Maruschak's Blue Guy to a Maya scene file. You can use it for a placeholder character in your games and also as an example of how the default character is setup.
