Any Star Wars fan want to work on a T2D project?
Working on a T2D "Fan Art", non-profit project related to the upcoming Star Wars
Episode 3 and the Clone Wars leading up to that point.
The concept is a side scroller shooter.
It would be released free of course and on TheForce.net (maybe) with other fan art submissions.
Goals with the project.
1. Learn more about Torque 2D game development.
2. Make some kewl toy to celebrate the launch of EP3. Influenced by the 2d artwork and style of the Cartoon Network
Clone Wars series.
3. Finish the project by May 15th.
4. To promote Torque 2d and other GG products and include full credits, start up logo and links of course to GG.
Side note: And a disclaimer saying GG has no responsiblity over the content.

So far I just have the concept and some artwork. And a few misc sound files. Also
some Star Wars fonts. Using a font called "Lucas" for the menu.

Also more background on the timeline. This is Clone War era when Anakin was given his first
Command of a battle fleet. He breaks off solo while barking orders to clone troopers. He
must fight a huge fleet of droid fighters and motherships.
How far can it go? I don't know maybe even a change where he lands and battles the dark
Jedi on the ground as a second scene. But still side scrolling.
