What's wrong with my heirarchy? [pics

I have my model setup in Blender as shown:

However, the collision meshes aren't working properly. It seems as though only the first one is used, and when I view the DTS in the Show Tool Pro, only the collision meshes are visible - but in-game, the model mesh is visible and only Col0 is used for collision.
The objects ColMeshX are simply boxes, so they are convex with only 12 triangles each. This is my first attempt at getting my own creations to export from Blender (used Milkshape prior), so did I screw something up in the heirarchy?

just take out those spaces :)
As for the setup... maybe try making all the ColMesh's a child of Col0 ? Its been a good couple month's since I've exported from blender though =/ I remember exporting a large set of collision boxes (way too much for the game to handle) and I think I put them all under Col0.
