All of that 140 MB of files at just $25 (January 2006 limited offer). In February, the price tag tops back to the value of $35. Am I supposed to post links? If not so, please remove them :) So, fetch your copy from here

I just love working with Torque. I guess it's enough :)

It is actually aimed for beginners. The enhanced version will feature a bit more (with game documentation and everything) but that is merely a mapping pack, is more like a guide to Torque for whomever is interested in actually making good looking games with the power at hand, version 1.4 that is.

Just curious why it's only for those with a torque license. What exactly are you including in your pack that would limit who is able to purchase it? From the description above, nothing seems to be related to the c++ source code.

not compiled scripts (dso) but .cs. I doubt seriously I can sell those to anyone, being Torque code.
I had in mind to make a light pack for non Torque users though and might not be a bad idea..

Owning the engine is entirely unnecessary for using script. Both of Ken Finney's Toque books are nothing but teaching and example scripts. Don't need to own TGE to use those.

That's good news then. I will update my products page so that non-Torque users can fetch it up.

...I removed the entire site with registration process and all. Now it's simple html static pages... anyone is free to enter since there is no code. It took me way too much time too take care of it, so now ive some time to actualy focus on the enhanced ORKVALE kit (fully game ready, besides documents and tutorials)
Cheers..

Good move on the website. I dislike that old portal software (whatever it was). The new one is fast and easy.

Like i said, it took me way too much time to keep an eye on. now i just started a new little project (NPC Characters) and in a week or two I will also finish the other kits I have on.

You might wanna take a look at DotNetNuke www.dotnetnuke.com. I'm currently developing with it and although for my high-end stuff it's a pain in the ass, it's very beneficial for portals.

and the worse part is that they come monthly :)) (the bills)

I will take a look though but now i am in some new projects and time for portals and nice community websites is gone; my projects are waaay behind due to this. not that i wouldn't like it :) id love to spend the day managing portals but hey, we all have bills to pay..and the worse part is that they come monthly :)) (the bills)

I may be fairly new to the gamedev scene, but what the heck is a "Doodad Sheet?"
#13
doodad, gizmo, widget, whatever. those items, or props, or "models" have the only purpose to serve the process of level design.
thank you.
I changed the name for you; i hope you are happy.

DOODAD-something unspecified whose name is either forgotten or not known; "she eased the ball-shaped doodad back into its socket"; "there may be some great new gizmo around the corner that you will want to use" doodad, gizmo, widget, whatever. those items, or props, or "models" have the only purpose to serve the process of level design.
thank you.

This kit is obsolete and no longer available for download. Should've been in the store long time ago but it got dropped.
