As you can see, my post on reply right is been deleted. Not closed, not left were it was, but deleted.
This demonstrates how I got wrong against GarageGames, better to not let anyone read it, as seems.
This is this great posting privilege I have, the privilege to obey the great GarageGames verb.
In the meantime, those posts in wich my liability were put in doubt are still there, I wonder why.
I had neither the time to post some divergent opinions and I suddenly got such a treatment, but in the meantime I'm a troll, a psycothic, a frustrated sucker and I neither got apologyes for "being" so.
This is also the great problem solving routine. Do anyone remember about that guy wich was banned from the forum because he had a divergent opinion than a GarageGames staff member?
I feel lucky, since his posts were deleted one by one.

As has been said by some, you make some good points, but your delivery is appalling, and doesn't serve to score you any points, which in turn makes people less likely to listen to your issues.

But, now I can't resist. I just have to answer to this.
Why do you think you deserve a refund? Becuase you are not capable of making a game with Torque? If this would be the case, GG would be out of business. Seriously, 100$, that wouldn't even buy 1 hour and a half of my time! My point: I think it took a lot more then 1.5 work hours to create Torque, so I really have to disagree with you when you say you are being ripped off.
You are posting on their forums. Therefor they can delete whatever posts they want. And OFFCOURSE they delete posts like yours. I would do exactly the same. GG does not delete posts that contain critiques. Check the forums, things like what you said have been said and discussedd before, those threads still exist. Its the way you are saying it, not what you are saying. Your only intent seems to be to hurt GG, they'd have to be massochists to just allow this and look the other way.
You really think that by blackmailing them ("if you don't refund me I'll spam your forums with negative views and conspiracy theories") they will give in? You really think they will listen to such a childish approach?
Grow up. If you have something to say to GG, mail them, or even call them. Don't spam public forums with stuff like this. This is obviously a private matter.

Berserk, I've been following your posts for some time now, and until now I tought it was better not to reply, because you just don't want to understand what people are saying to you, and you will just keep on going no matter what.But, now I can't resist. I just have to answer to this.

I actually don't recall anyone being banned for that reason here. He appears to be a role model, one which you aspire to emulate. MAME the system.

In the case of these ongoing threads, the criticism has been leveled, it was heard, most points were addressed, and nothing that was not offered up as criticism is new.
The ongoing back and forth ensuing argument is disrupting the development of whatever projects you are working on, and is not serving any useful purpose (other than the possible comedic value of these threads).
This trainwreck of a dicussion has been going on for too long.
I would respectfully ask that everyone stop beating this dead horse and go back to working on your games.

People do not get banned for having a differing opinion. As I also sayd to another employer, this is not the right way to moderate anything, you simply [censored me] / [plugged my mouth], other than doing any bad behavior prevention on me.
Just refund me and let me get out here, ban Caylo if you feel is right to, because I never seen a dumbass like him in my entire life (and this is just talking).
I would have deserved at least apologyes for offenses against my person, wich was unmoderated by the way............................................
Now, if you REALLY want to discuss this anymore, please drop me an email.

David: you should do a search for "strips" on the forums. That guy posted strips on his site after a (long) "removed by moderator" series in his posts.Then he gone banned.
