Constructor launches a process but doesn't open

Not quite sure why but after several successful program launches, occasionally Constructor will open a process but will not actually give me the program. Execing DeleteDSOs.bat and DeletePrefs.bat does not resolve the issue. My solution is to unzip the package again and overwrite the install...
