T2dscenewindow::mount() mountforce issue

I spent a few hours trying to figure out why my camera would not track an object after it had been mounted on a level that had way too many resources in it. In a level with very little, the camera would track just fine.
Anyways, originally I had the mount force set to 6. Setting the mount force to 0 definately made the camera track the object again.
Is this a bug? Maybe not, but at least it's out there in case you have a problem with a low-end computer and camera issues.
