GuiVectorCrosshair

Instead of using a graphic for your crosshair, I have implemented a vector crosshair using dglDrawLine to create a our crosshair. With this, we can easily accomplish changing the crosshair to any color we want without having to make a new image.

Allows you to control which window is at the front from script.
